All sale items & cloth purchases are final. Return of these items will not be accepted.


For other items, please let us know if you would like to return or exchange the item within 1 week from the receipt of the goods. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 1 week. The item(s) must be unused and in the original condition, including tags, labels etc. Please note that there is also a 25% restocking charge unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to our mistake.  All return postage is at your expense.

Please remember that all of our yarns and fabrics are hand dyed using natural dyes and there will naturally be a variation in colours.  We will endeavour, as far as possible, to match colours, but we cannot guarantee exact matches.


There may be irregularities in the dye, print, etc, of our cloth.  This is inherent of the character of the cloth and not to be considered as flaws.  All of our cloth is handcrafted and that is its beauty! Your order will resemble what is shown in the photo (remember computers show colours differently!) but may not look exactly the same. 

If you would like to check the suitability of the cloth for your purposes, why not order a Fat Quarter in the same fabric?

Please note that we are a very small business …. we make every effort to get the orders out as quickly as possible, but this is not always achievable. We do however, endeavour to get your order to you within two weeks, unless we have to specifically dye to your requirements, in which case it may take slightly longer.
